Hip Bone adjustment and large or tall or fat avatars

I wanted to get some comment on this idea:

In my digging around on the topic, I came across some mention of a way to make tall avatars.

It involves doing something with the avatar code and making the hip heigth values larger, which translates into a taller avatar.

I also ran across the same idea in making bigger breasts, but aparently the results are not so desirable...

My question is, can this same technique be applied to the body fat or body thickness adjustments? The goal being of course, to enable one to make a larger, fatter avatar.

Is this doable? has anyone done it?
