The Mature or PG rating has never been about minors, it's about adults who don't feel they need to parade their adulthood around in public view and prefer a quieter sim without clubs and malls.

clubs and malls are allowed in pg sims and also casinos. I was interesting in buying in a pg sim because I thought I would be able to avoid all that (nothing worse than finding a nice sim and seeing 40 afk people on camping chairs in a 1024 plot), but its only porn/nudity that isnt allowed.

I think LL should address this and make pg = no nudity, no porn, no casino

I don't mind nudity once in a while but I definitely do not like "waking up" to a 360 degree vista of sex shops and nude pics.

Hence I picked my spot in a PG area.

If you want to be nude or do the wild thing in the neighborhood, I'm ok with that, just do it behind your house's walls.

The main grid is allegedly 18+. There's no reason for an age divide. Robin has said in the past that the PG/Mature ratings shouldn't be taken literally.

They're allowed, yes. I never said they weren't. The trick is that they aren't going to in the vast majority of cases, because most clubs are about sex, it's what draws, and you can't do that in a PG region without being shutdown. And most malls won't hit a PG region either, because that severely limits what people who rent there can sell. Did you know that according to the Lindens, you can't even sell sexballs in a PG region, or have a piece of sex-related furniture in your house even if it is behind 'closed doors'?

Casinos are another story, yes.
