I'm not sure where's the best place to post these questions, so I'll start here; feel free to redirect me to a different forum for any or all...

Does SL support 'puppets' -- player-owned pseudo-characters presenting as an avatar, possibly with some autonomy, but basically providing a means for a player to have 'eyes and ears' at remote points in the local vicinity?

The basic terms-of-play require non-disruptive behaviour, but I see that there are 'kill zones' where weapon play and player-harm are allowed. If I own a region can I set it up to use those rules? Can I create my own local policy on acceptable behaviour?

Are there regions in SL with an ambiance of criminality, areas where players can explore a seedy underbelly-type society? If so, to what extent are they restricted to or by the general terms of use?

Asssuming there are 'enter at your own risk' type areas, to what extent does participation in any role-play there expose you to 'risk' in other regions? Is it safe to assume that once you leave an area where you might come to harm, nobody can follow you out and visit harm upon you?

In short, can I explore and/or create regions which take 'seedy' beyond strippers and escorts? Or am I limitted to an overarching global morality as suggested by the basic terms of use? [which is fine, I just want to know where the limits are :=)]

A: Several bots have been developped..I own one- crobot if I recall the name right. It functions as a listener that follows a user, can reply through a repeat command, and even teleport you (same sim scurrently)

A: If you get mature land, and set up a notecard giver or signs at a landing point, of course. Damage enabling is a land option open to all as well.

Q: Are there regions in SL with an ambiance of criminality, areas where players can explore a seedy underbelly-type society? If so, to what extent are they restricted to or by the general terms of use?

A: Not sure msyelf, never went looking.

A: Unless you are in a damage enabed area, you cannot be hurt, only push used on you (and sitting on a prim prevent push from affecting you) or cage you.

A: You can do furry gor, and even bloody scenes.. just remember to use land listed in mature sims.
