Hello, It seems that there are certain topics that come up , Over and Over , ad naseum on these forums. There is of course no way to kill these topics since large chunks of the SL forums community are obsessed with them. Therefore my solution is to make each of these topics a Sticky thread so they are right there on the front page. So when Forem Thread starter person goes "gee I think I want to complain about X subject" , they will see X subject is allready a sticky, and hhopefully instead post to the bottom of that Un-Dead thread. Some Sticky Worthy Topics. Hello im new to SL How to make money in SL Copyright violations in SL The rant about (name editited) people in SL Sex In SL Escorts in SL Gender Pretenders in SL. Underage People in SL. Unverified account Issues in SL. BDSM in SL. Gor in SL. Ageplay in SL. Furries in SL. Privacy in SL. Griefing in SL. Inability to mind your own business in/about SL. Anyhow im sure theres other threads that come up too much. This way instead of having to page 2-3 pages to find the latest thread ona giving topic they will be all right there in front of you  |

I like the idea, but it will not work. As you can see by today's torrent of idiocy, no one bothers to search for existing threads, check out preview grids, check out lists of bug fixes, check out update threads, contribute anything worthy besides moaning, etc. People will blindly start a thread just like the one started minutes previously because people like to see their name on a moan-a-thon thread as the creator. I would love to see the forums closed down whenever the grid is down because of these people.
