"Screenshots or Snapshot" option in email

The current snapshot to email sends a number of files that make up a frame for a snapshot along with the actual screen image.

If it was possible to select "Snapshot or Just Screenshot" when sending an email, this would allow one to efficiently upload images directly to image hosting services such as photobucket, imageshack, and flickr.

Would this be any value to anyone?

As a side question, would the ability to send your images directly from Snapzilla to image hosting services be of value as an automated feature?

For my L$, Snapzilla makes a great images host for SL pics. Can link directly to the pic and everything. :)

The images that get to Snapzila are too big to use in the forums without disturbing the forum display format, which people object to.

Plus, if I understand correctly, you can't edit them - i.e., you can't instantly delete lousy pics or pics you made in a bad mood or that show something you realize you don't want displayed permanently.

Being able to send pics from Snapzilla to other image hosting sites certainly couldn't hurt.

I guess you missed my lengthy answer to you in the last thread you started about this topic. I added a new feature to Snapzilla specifically because of your problem with forum posts - here is the explanation of it.

I am going to add another variation of it that gives you the markup to post in a forum post to display the image inline, with a link to the full picture detail page as well.

Actually I already updated the feature. If you click on the icon, it a window pops up containing the markup you need to paste into a forum post to include a 512w version of the picture inline. The picture is also linked to the picture detail page on Snapzilla. You can get just the URL of the image, without the link markup, by right clicking on the icon and selection Copy Shortcut/Copy Location. Example:

Would there be any demand for a separate address at Snapzilla to send bug report type pictures of? Pictures that are dull and show problems, that wouldn't get indexed with the normal pictures that people want to see?
