Help!

I recently downgraded to a basic account. My time isn't up until May 22nd.. I still get stipend and all that.. it says I can own 1024... But when I go to buy land.. it says I am in process of downgrading.. now tell how this makes sense... I paid for this time to be able to buy land. I tried to upgrade.. yeh wouldn't let me until... You got it May 22nd.. its bs. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hi you can call 800-860-6990 tomorrow and tell them about your problem. They can stop the down grade process and then you can buy land. Good Luck!!

I am really confused and need to know if anyone else had this problem.. Why is it that because I downgraded... I can't buy land now... I still get stipend... It says that I am allowed to have 1024 of land.. but I can't... I wanted to upgrade again.. but it won't let me. And since I did it quarterly.. Downgrade won't happen until May 22nd.. and I need to buy this land now.

I hope that will fix my problem! I need this land asap before someone else buys it!

Did you own land before you downgraded?

If so , are you now trying to buy "first land" again? Because that will not work as your character is already flagged as having used that option.
You should be able to buy other land though. Just not the L$512 for 512sqm deal

Yes I did own land before. But this is not a new land that I am trying to buy... it is 1024... so ... I don't know what the issue is.

I answered your first post. And if you have to buy today i would suggest you contact the owner and see if he will "set" you as the buyer and tell him that you will be able to buy it tomorrow once LL fixes the problem. Most peopel will do that.. there is a way to set buyer.

As long as you are in the downgradeing stage you cannot buy land ... stupid i know since you paid for that right until your billing date but you cant and calling LL is the only thing that can fix the problem so you have to call them or wait for the date. LL is only open for calls Mon- Fri tho. :/

It doesnt get you an answer faster and only pisses people off. So if anything it may actually get you answers slower

Its just annoying, I don't understand why its like this. If its still downgrading.. techincally I'm still Premium.

I edited my post.. but really call them and they can fix it. And yes you are and yes it is I agree.. alot of frustrateing things about SL but we still love it
