I'm on Help Island and the radio station loop is getting really old. How do I switch from Help Radio to Linden Radio, or to any other station?

You cant.. you have to be land owner or similar.

Turn off music in Second Life. Launch Winamp. Pick favorite radio station.
As somebody else said, you have to be the owner of land (or part of the group that owns it) to change the music in SL, unless the owner has installed a scripted device that lets other people change it.
