I bought a first land parcel last week. I want to sell it now, and someone wants to buy it anyway. Is it possible to buy another first land parcel? I'm guessing no, but it is at least possible to buy a 512 parcel with no extra costs (out game).

Hi There Mellie!
You only get one first land parcel. After you have owned land, you can only buy it from other residents or the auctions. Make sure to check out the prices for other land around yours before selling to make sure you get a fair price

No, Land and the Economy is geared towards Ideas and Discussion I feel though.. I was torn between to two and read the Land and the Economy tagline:

I think that the question about access to FIRST LAND (from a new member) is a "gameplay" mechanics issue and not a land issue.

I'm not trying to be argumentative, but I just thought I'd offer you some flexibility in your thinking.
