Hi all.

I've been reading some of the threads here, and some make for grim reading. So I'd like to actually post some good news.

I'm a newcomer to SL after signing up a while ago. I made an unfortunate mistake selling land, and it was purchased.

I contacted the purchaser, and explained my error. To my astonishment, delight, and appreciation, she had no hesitation in righting the problem.. putting up with my ineptness with a smile. It's a rare quality to experience that level of integrity in real life.. even more so in cyberspace.

So this post is to thank SARAH NERD for her kindness in dealing with an idiot like me, and letting all of SL know that she is a straight up dealer of real estate. Once I get my head sorted, I will recommend her services unquestioningly. Thank you Sarah for suffering this fool gladly.

Sarah Nerd rocks!!!

I contacted her one evening regarding selling my first land and she replied instantly and showed up a moment after that. The transaction was super fast and friendly, and I was on my way to the bigger plot I wanted to buy in a matter of moments. It was very nice of her to interrupt whatever she had been doing and make the whole thing so painless.

Hats off to Sarah Nerd!

Integrity deffinitely exists with florishment in SL. I'd say 90% of the people in SL are warm, friendly people. The forums are just the location for negativity so we all can get a quick concensus about an issue. The forums definitely do NOT reflect the current state of things in SL.

And just because a complaint thread gets 50 replies doesn't make it all that important either..

It's been a long time now, but I had the same sort of experience. Missed a decimal point in pricing a parcel. Iit was bought instantly, but the purchaser commented on the low price and when I said it was a mistake sold it back for the price paid.

I had a very similar situation when I was newer. In an attempt to add to my parcel and prims
not realizing that I was on a sim line I bought on the wrong side. The wonderful and
proffessional CEO of Otherland showed up quickly and bought the property back.

Also I happened to meet Sarah while out searching for new land. And she was very nice
and a pleasure to converse with. This news does not surprise me.

Moved to a larger space in Philereme 190, 152, 58 and got more games and stuff that I couldnt in Miata from lack of prims.
