How often do the big maps update? I ask because I have had a large building added to my land a week ago and it isnt showing in the Map. Just curious. I don't actually mind. I just like to stoke my ego by looking at my stuff in the big map.

The big map pulls images from each sim. So that square on the map will update when the sim updates it's image file. Occassionally that has to be forced.

I've made quite a few changes to my land and builds, but the big map hasn't updated in over a week. So how does one go about forcing an update? |

For the longest while it seemed to be updating pretty much daily where I live. But, it hasn't updated in a while. May have have been a week like you said. Not sure when it will or is supposed to be updated.
