The change caused some unexpected behavior that we are dealing with now. I will post again when I have updated information. Translation: We made some stupid and useless changes that will ostracize people (make freely available who can and has paid us RL $ and storing hardware hashes) in respose to another stupid change that we did that got everyone bitching at us and didn't think about the implications to the databases that we use that are hanging by a thread nomally.... Surprised? I'm not. The weekly useless updates that don't fix REAL issues with the 'game' and cause more problems than they ever fix continue, this is an old story now. Log in after an update? Come back tomorrow, it will be easier then. FIX THE GAME , MAKE IT BETTER!!! Making it easier for people to join is of no use if the platform continues to stagnate (some will say deteriorate) because they will never stick around. I've agreed to the new TOS 4 times now, without actually logging in... nice. |

Well they 'get around to' weekly updates a lot, wouldn't that time be more productive by saving themselves the headache and work of updating (and then fixing the updates) by instead of doing it monthly and adding in three more productive days? Seems no matter how big the update is it still takes the same amount of time to do it, save the trouble with these little annoying updates and do some real work, bunch them all together and do it at once. Seems to me a lot of the stuff they do at LL is poorly concieved, poorly planned and poorly executed and overall hightly inefficient. Thats just me looking in from the outside mind you and I could be totally wrong, but I think I'm at least a little right in that statement. |

You just gotta love those that pay money and still have that.....shhhhhh, don't say anything, they're gods and are meant only for worship, attitudes. Maybe Wednesdays are a rut for them. Maybe, just maybe they might work better on Thursdays sometmes.  All kidding aside, I'm one with the thought that they should test this stuff somewhere before bringing it public. Just a thought. |
