I checked his profile. It said he's made 21 posts, but when I tried to view them it said there were no matches. That probably means they're all on the teen forums.
My guess is that the SL and TSL forums exist on the same system, and everybody is registered on that system with their profiles (and birthdays) visible to everyone else. But they can only read/post in either the SL or TSL forums, depending on their account type.
