Free Stuff at InfoHubs

Apologies if this information is somewhere, but I cant find it after a couple of searches of the forums. Maybe a Linden or someone could post with the answers?

I am making some free items for my store, two of which I wanted to put in the InfoHub giveaway program, but I heard that they have to be full permissions for that. Needless to say with permissions still being borked as to freebies and the prevalence of shark type people on SL, I aint gonna do that.

I had also thought of putting out some free stuff (building tools mostly), in a package for Help Island, but I am not sure on the process there. Who gets to put stuff out, and who decides what is appropriate to put in the packages etc.? (not that my tools will have any kind of "appropriateness" problems I am just hoping that there is some kind of reviewing of stuff going on.)

So does anyone know if full stealing permissions are necessary for free stuff at the InfoHubs or are the Lindens (Libby?) resetting them after recieving the submission?

Also does anyone know the process for getting something accepted as a freebie item for Help Island? (I am a mentor BTW, but I have been too busy of late to get to HI much)

Help Island Freebie Store: any objects to be submitted for use in the Help Island "Freebie" store must have expressed permission of the owner - then drop it on me (Jeska Linden) in-world and if appropriate it will be rotated it. All items in the Freebie Store must be PG in nature!

I just heard that Libby was working on a way to make it so the items need not be transferable. If she does not post to the contrary I will assume this isn't do-able or done yet.

Does the Help Island Freebie store stuff also have to be transferable?
