What would you say the #1 product as far as sales in SL EVER is? My guess would be one of the many cool airplanes that so many seem to buy when they first join SL

Well your already kid of constricting the responses.

"Number one product by sales" is just whatever the number one selling product is. It can be looked up, but it isn't dependent on opinion. It will probably turn out to be something that promises a lot for not much money and doesn't deliver, like "154 Great Rugs" or something similar. :)

If you want peoples opinion on what they think the "best product" is then that's another different question.

Where??

The best selling product as far as volume would most likely be one of the $1 newbie things I am sure though.

Sales by total revenue, or by total number of units?

I think Moopf's rollerskates are really popular - they're a total bargain at L$50.

Something unique I saw lately--Ante Flan's waves, making waves (literally). It wasn't too long ago that the same shores I saw bare now have rolling waves, complete with corresponding sound effects. It was really trippy. I TPed to random coastal locations in SL, and I saw them at each stop!

I know they did really well at the SL Exchange saleslist, and while I tend to not make bones about superlatives, I just found it to be a fascinating phenom of synchronicity.

One of those "Gotcha! Why didn't this happen earlier?" moments, but for what it's worth, it's wonderful. It won't be long until other Resis emulate and make their own... not unlike "DIY shadow texture" kits.

Always looking for rippleshock in action...

I've sold over 8,000 pairs of my skates but, as you say, in terms of revenue, at L$50 a pop I'd be really suprised if there wasn't a product that surpassed that figure by a long way.

Now, if we're counting my bubble gum then I've sold over 50,000 pieces of that :D

Actually I saw one one of those on SLX a week or so ago.

As term of revenue or number of sales? Are we talking about best product or oldest product? I don't believe my best product is my number one seller or money maker.
