In a name

Has anyone else noticed this? The past week all the new people seem to be from old punk bands. First I thought I was dreaming when I saw blackflag, but then I knew it was happening when I saw fugazi. Ironically, Black Flag's lead singer, Henry Rollins, once said he wanted to beat up Ian McKaye (lead in Fugazi). Then there is Thunders (as in Johnny Thunder and the Heartbreakers), Television (psychic TV? Television on the Radio? Or just Television? Or Television Personalities?).
As a Huffhines I have to say I enjoy the pop culture references. I also loved the fact (if I am right) that the name Abernathy came up: he was I think a pastor that accompanied MLK in a lot of civil rights work.
What other names are out there that others feel like geniuses for noticing ?

Yup, I spotted "Huskerdu" tonight.

There are still a good sampling of science and technology pioneer last names on the list, though, as there usually are.
