Take the snapshot to disk and draw it in with Paint Shop.

Use the  , that is, : D with no space, gesture from the popup gesture list. Then click the Snapshot button or press control shift S quickly.

Also, there is a lip attachment you can get that makes you smile regularly....

Didn't yadni have a hud device at his junkyard that did facial animations? Maybe that can do it. (I am still digging in inventory I know I got one...finding it is another issue all together)  |

I think PixelDolls makes "Avatar Smile" which makes you smile spontaneously. I like it.
