I make furniture using this technique I learned from one of the experienced users. I make a surface of a furniture item out of as many prims as it needs and then attach it to my hud to take a snapshot of it. After the snapshot is cropped, edited etc, I use it as a texture on a single prim. This is how I create 99% of my textures.
Yesterday it seems this feature stopped working? Is there a new checkbox I have to select to take snapshots of my HUD attachments? or is this gone forever?

Check the popup box when you take a photo I believe (I could be mistaken) that there is the option to show HUD in snapshot.

yes it was a great idea when it was originally planned like that before the hud in snapshot feature came about, i for one am happy
