Any Prem Members here thats never used there first land yet?

Theres 2 spots beside my place I want to get and wanted know if somone get them and sell them to me I will pay 1k for both it saves me having to make new accounts.

No offense, but just so people know, the cheapest land for sale right now would cost $L1894 for 512meter2. 1k is a rip off, they should get at the very least twice that for helping you out with their one chance to buy first land. Most likely, they could get much more than 2k a peice from someone other than you.

I never used mine, not even sure if I am eligible. I wouldn't take it if I was.

Your best bet is to talk to go to some first land areas, scout around, and ask around.

I agree with Dark about the land value, btw.

Kane, with the current land prices, L$1000 for two 512 m2 parcels isn't a good price at all. Even if you meant L$1000 for each, meaning L$2000 total, that's not what I'd consider a fair rate. L$1500 for one piece of resold First Land would be on the low end (depending on area and other things, of course).

Hey, listen, chief. You got screwed on some telehub land recently. The seller was very generous in reversing that transaction.

I don't think your best bet is to turn around and screw a couple of newbies out of their land flip gravy.

I almost never buy telehub land, and I don't think I have any now, unless you have a different definition for telehub land then land in the same sim as a telehub. What sim are you talking about.

You could also look at it the other way around. I could of saved 2 newbies from selling their one chance at first land for only 1k. Even at the cheaper prices 6 months ago, that would of been too cheap.

And yes, for two pieces of 512m2 land, you (Kane) should offer at least $L4096, more if it's in a Mature Sim.

I too find it odd that you were talking about the unfairness of having paid so much for your telehub sim land just very recently, and yet you don't use Find/Land Sales to at least have an idea of current land prices.
