Is Linden getting a DOS attack or something? Grid feels like molasses and even the forums are running a lot slower than usual.

It seems slow in world to me, gray loading textures all over the place.

DOS. Those were the days. When everything was going wrong you knew you could press reset and nothing could be permanantly damaged with your OS.
Seriously, though I can barely move -- my avatar remains motionless 2-3 minutes after TPing just about anywhere. Textures are not loading, I'm often stuck in flying mode. It's awful. _____________________

Believe it or not, the primary systems I support are Novell & eDirectory. So, I still use DOS batches all the time at work. There's a lot of stuff that's just way easier for me to get done batching up command line.
