Hey can anyone help is there a way of earning money in sl? by job or other wise???

someone should make a sticky thread on this or something.

basically in SL you make money by doing the following.

Sell something
Work for someone
Win it

If you dont have anything to sell then your looking at making something to sell, or doing the other 2.

You've been a member for at least 30 days, and you haven't made any money? Oh dear.
There are several ways to make money, besides buying it.
-A job: anything from dancing, to ecorting, to hosting events or DJ'ing. Some clubs have managers, bouncers, security and etc. They require few skills if any.
-Sell objects: you'll first have to make them or acquire them otherwise, and set up a shop or stall, but more revenue than a job if you're smart about it.
-Buy and sell land: You need money from somewhere else to be able to do this.
-Win it: everyday there are costume contests, raffel balls, 'sploders, free slots, dance pads, camping machines, etc.
-Start some kind of business in world: a club, bar, bordello that doesn't involve selling objects.
-Start an Sl related website and charge for advertising

Thats all I can think of at the moment.

yeah.. i don't want a job.. cause this is enjoyment time, and meh work..
I dont' have the heart to sell anything, gawd if someone liked what i made i would give it to them in gratitude.. lol
hmm i could buy and sell land.. but im screwed if anyone messages me and ask me to lower my price cause than i feel like they don't have enough and im being greedy

winning, im not good at those things, and the places i really like to go don't do those things..i think thats why i like them.. hehe
start a buisness.. hmmmm

anyone want to pay me for that? for their magazine or newspaper?
that and shoting ppl are the only think i am good at in sl.. oh and making cubes.. lol
