I missed the whole god thing so tried the keystrokes this morning. It didn't work and I was warned that the attempt had been logged.

Wonder if I'll get an email, planted in the cornfield, suspended?

I doubt there's a big red light and an alarm that goes off every time you hit the "god mode access" keystroke. Much like the chat and IM logs LL keeps, it's likely written to a file somewhere nobody looks at unless there's trouble.

Actually, I have it on good authority that every time Khamon even logs in, an alarm goes off and Philip raises the Linden Security Warning to Infrared. :p

I tried it for about 40 mins on and off at least about 50 times, just to see what happened.... nothing :(


But this was like 6mths ago.

Yes, exactly. I hear you have to duel Torley by guessing how many colours she's using in one of her textures. Perhaps fight some mushrooms too

*pouts* God mode doesn't give me the stream of infinite Lindens at my beck and call! All I get is the stupid blue box that I keep clicking away..... And I really wanted to see Torley turn Philip into a watermelon, or at least a honeydew.

I did it too, just to see what happens. *snickers* I think they put it in just to keep us idiots entertained when we found it. What it probably does is this: Estate type popup on each Linden account that says, "How to keep an idiot entertained: Push button for more info."

It's like the contr+alt+shift+ h thing. Just there as an inside joke for the lindens.

Just like the overhead pipes on the Enterprise in the original series that had GNDN painted on them. Any Trekker nerds out there who know what that stands for? (come on, don't be afraid to admit you know it!)
