Well I wanted to DJ a bit at my club and have others do such. Well one program someone pointed me to- Sam Broadcast is 200 REAL dollars and like 30 a month.
My question is: Is there a cheap way to stream mics and music? Maybe free DJ programs or something like that? I just cant afford all that snazzy stuff.
Please help!

Yessum, there is! When i started doing a radio show of mine (GSC Live - The only radio show dedicated to wasting your time) a year or so ago, someone hooked me up with what's needed. Not a whole lot actually, and all of it totally free. - Winamp, latest version.
- Shoutcast (shoutcast.com, you'll need the winamp plugin and the DNAS server)
- A halfway decent sound card (An addon sound card.. if its integrated into your motherboard, its most likely crap)
- A voice modem is nice too, lets you take calls and route them into your soundcard.
- KickWave, whats known as a tape rack emulator, lets you play sounds/music by clicking on buttons in a large group (radioearth.com)
This is kinda a quick run through, just read the instructions on shoutcast from their site, they'll give you a good starting point. But heres the fast version: Basically, you get winamp up and running, primed with your music, intros, etc. Load up the shoutcast plugin, run the DNAS server, tell it to connect to that, and then you set up your soundcard. You'll want to tell shoutcast to record from your soundcard's line out, NOT from the mic. (This will be on a tab on the plugin window) Open up your mixer panel (if you have windows, you should have a little speaker icon in the bottom right tray, doubleclick that) Go to Options -> Properties, tick the Recording button, and look for something in the bottom list to the effect of "Stereo Mix" or "Full audio", anything like that. Make sure its checked, hit ok, and make sure that slider has "selected" checked underneath it. Also, make sure your microphone record is totally muted on these sliders. Go back into options, switch over to playback, and make sure your mic is checked. You'll want to set it until you can barely hear your own voice coming out of your speakers. Once you have all of this set up correctly, you should be able to talk and have the volume indicators move. DISADVANTAGES: You have to keep the playback volume (on winamp's main window) pretty low. Keep an eye on the meter as you run your show. If your music is causing the indicator to stay pinned at the top, or within 10dB of the top, your listeners will hear crackling, distortion, etc. Any more questions, feel free to ask

Thank you so much!
I'll get all that stuff and set it up.. Im pretty sure my soundcard is not part of my MB and it should be half decent. I dont have the voice modem thingy though.
Also few more questions, with this setup:
Can i stream music and just cut in with Voice.
Can others DJ on my land? Do they have to download all the stuff too?
Sorry for such newbie questions, but when it comes to SL and computer stuff... Thats excactly what I am.

Bandwidth is the issue.
Streaming from your home location is limited to only a few users, especially while SL is running.
Unless you have friends with server space, remember.... you gotta pay to play.
200 dollars down and 30 dollars a month is not unreasonable for a decent bandwidth streaming audio server.

Ay.. i totally forgot about this. Theres almost no way you can run SL and DJ your own show from your own PC at the same time, unless you have like 2 meg upload, and then its iffy. Theres a ton of shoutcast hosting outfits, they charge you per month based on what bitrate you want to run at, and how many people you expect to connect at once. When you run a stream thru second life, everyone on your land will make their own connection to the stream, and therefore, run your cost up higher. So if you really expect to take off, make sure you have some $ set aside first. That said, fraggedservers.net comes with a high recommendation by me - their shoutcast hosting is kickass.. From: someone Can i stream music and just cut in with Voice.
Theres a whole part of the shoutcast window dedicated to this. There's a push to talk, and a lock button. When you hit push to talk, your mic ramps up and the music volume ramps down. As long as its held, it stays this way and you can talk. Then let go, mic dies, music comes back up with a nice fade in effect. If your doing some extended talking, hit lock and you wont have to hold the mouse down. From: someone Can others DJ on my land? Do they have to download all the stuff too?
Remember, the system is totally independent of second life. the media URL is just set to make SL automatically connect to a stream. Anyone who wants to dj on your station, will need winamp and the shoutcast plugin, and they'll also have to set up your soundcard as described, they won't need the DNAS server, however. If you decide to go with paid hosting, neither will you. You'll just set you plugin to connect to the service's servers.
