I rarely post here, nor even read these forums. But today for some nostalgic reason, I thought of all those people who helped me when I was a "newbie" or who were generally nice and gave of themselves for no reason!

I think we should all thank those in second life who go above and beyond. For this I am giving a "WOW" award to you.

James Miller - When I was a newbie,, not only did you drive me over in your jeep, and throw me into a bunch of bushes,, which freaked me out! But you took me shopping for my first time, and I picked out that wild ugly outfit,, but I thought it was cool at the time!

Bobby Dayton - If not for you,, I would have left SL after my 3rd day.. I was ready to quit, when I ran across you and you got me going.. you were patient, and helped more than I can say! (remember when I decided to get the female parts, and I asked you to look at them to see if they looked ok?)

Siggy Romulus and Lynn Lippman - Remember when you made me that gazebo when I had that tiny little lot and wanted a gazebo so bad,, but I ran out of prims,, because the one I had was so many prims? You and Siggy made it for me,, while I watched in awe,, then Siggy said, this is for you for free,, just keep it copyable and free,, well those gazebos were the hit of SL! I still see them around :-)

Malana and Valana Spencer - You two were so kind to me when I was new, showed me things I could do easily, and just made me feel welcome.

Cutter Rubio, Nick Rhodes, Connor Galatea,, some of the first really NICE guys I met on sl.

FlipperPa Peregrine - you built me stuff!!! I asked for it and you made it! And you were always so kind to me!

Al Bravo for making me really learn how to sky dive and helped make me the best female skydiver on sl at one time :-)

and to Julian Steed and Steve Feaver,, the most bestest gay friends anyone could have.

It's your turn! Who do you respect and are thankful for?

Hugs to all my friends.

That is a really great idea Kathy. Perhaps you could make your post here and then we can keep all of the thank-yous in one thread.
