Ok, excuse me while I go on a rant here. So, I invest in first land, start a club & grow. Too bad it was between 2 wanna be big guys, who are so afraid of cooperation as to have ban lines or walled fortressess no worries, work around, start a mall & public yard sale, raise traffic, improve property values for all, give away close to 30,000 in free money in 2 weeks while being griefed by various entities & writing AR's almost daily the more attention we got (took it as a good sign we were doing something right, someone didn't want competition in fact a couple didn't want cooperative competition, a concept I know). Spend an hour durring a 3 hr yard sale event writing abuse reports against the same individual who started 6 months ago to show his disdain for peaceful existance and should have been erased long ago. Ask for live help at 3:34 no response till 3:45, after having to start a new thread , then no satisfaction. Forget 1 individual doing nothing to promote the area, no stimulating local economy, owns no land can harrass not just me but all who attend the yard sale, vendors & shoppers alike. Forget, countless AR's that did noting but waste my time writing them. Then to find I can't even get on to my own land because the sim is full, forget I hold premium account , forget I invested in land, forget I built (in my humble opinion) some places that improved the area, allow non premium account holders the ability to mass and keep me and any who might wanna sit at my bar off my own property. So what, I tear down all the building, I stop generating traffic or circulating money, I stop providing for any & all, an opportunity to sell their creations for free. I stop improving the landscape. Lose all the work and effort that it took to put it all together. I get even angrier and even though I have never attacked anyone ever, I become the same problem the griefers are because I wanna fight back so bad my gums bleed... who cares, I am just one.

Its ok man. You'll overcome. SL is for the persistent and for those who want to have a good time.

Just do what makes you happy and all will be well.

Ty for pointing that out, 9 months filed with many good times not a problem, have been doing what I love, not a problem, small minded people out there not a problem they are road signs telling me what I do not wish to become. Being attacked with no true avenue to defend & or get justice...big problem. Having my monies go to waste...big problem. Not being able to enjoy a property I own ...big problem. My sagging enthusiasm...deadly.
I will not stay in this funk, but I had to vent after all, I am a Musketeer lol , but the one for all and all for one is taking a beating .

Yep, I hear you completely. Had an issue like this with a friend the other day.
