I just checked the new group management tools from the 1.12.0.1 preview and I have to say that I immediately fell in love with them.
No more extra groups for owning land, vendors, renters, bouncers, hired builders, dancers, friends etc... just use one group for everything and assign roles. I think I'll be able to abandon at least four groups when this feature comes up!
