So how exactly do you get a bug entered into the "Known Issues" list?

I ask because it's quite clear that me filing bug reports isn't one of those ways.

You still file bug reports?! Bless you for your perseverence! I gave that practice up about 18 months ago after the first few dozen I filed were ignored entirely (and many still exist, of course). That is, apart from the ones where they could quickly respond to blame my [pc/graphic card/drivers/router/isp/connection/firewall/insert other way to blame customer here]. Which, in light of the particular bugs I was raising, was obviously not the case and simply showed as much disinterest in doing anything about the bugs as if they'd ignored them like they did the rest.

And being a software tester by profession, I'm rather good at filling in bug reports too. But what's the point if they're ignored? Not worth my time or effort. Scroo 'em!

Capture a bug hunter, tie him/her up. Make them experience the bug in ten fold. Then watch them verify it, and write it down on their buglist. Once it hits the website, you can release them or start the process again with another bug. ;) :p

Two of my bug reports are listed there... the map clear button, and the color picker doubleclick to select and edit an entry.

Last time I checked, last night, 6-22-06, the signup page does offer a chance to provide credit card or paypay info. You get $250 lindens for providing it.
