It occurs to me that in the preview grid, since the money is just play Lindens and not real Lindens, vendors could refund the amounts people pay for items purchased there.

This woud mean folks without too much Linden cash could go to the Preview grid and buy stuff without having to run out of money. Being able to buy a Dominus Shadow and all the PixelDolls and Chip Midnight clothes one wants - even if you only get to play with them in preview - is fun.

More folks in preview mean more bugs detected, more bug reports, more crashes, all of which are good things, aren't they?

Also nice to try on all the skins without the word DEMO stuck on your face and elsewhere.

Might be some other "it's only preview" pretend Lindens sharing schemes that would work also.

If people responded to this idea it might be good advertising for the folks with shops in the area. People without shops in the area might be able to drop a vendor somewhere in preview. I'd like trying on a bunch of stuff from L'il Rebel.

This post, in case someone thinks it should go in the preview feedback forum, is much better able to serve it's purpose in the General forum. It's not feedback about the performance of the code running in the preview grid, which is really what the preview feedback forum is for.
