Stolen texture/designs?

can someone tell me the proceedures (or point me in the direction of proceedures) when you feel a texture or design has been stolen/duplicated, and is being sold?

There is a merchant selling a piece of clothing, that I believe may have my cloth texture somehow. And the piece of clothing (though is a bad copy) is a very close copy of something I made.

You can abuse report them to LL. You can IM the person and get into it with them, ask them to explain and make sure you are correct. But beyond that unfortunately I don't believe there is much more you can do. You do want to be very careful about naming anyone (good that you didnt ) without being absolutely sure.
