Hiya Trina

Welcome to SL :-)

I would suggest seeing the Statue of liberty, (In Find) Land of liberty

and the Titanic remake (In Find) Titanical

Hope you have fun and enjoy your SL to the fullest :-)

No Hogwarts school ? I'd say you have the opportunity to be the one that can bring it to SL ;)

Indeed, build it. I'd love to see the school remade in all its splendor. RP sims are sorely lacking too. I'd even be willing to try making a suitable broom for riding as a donation.

Other places to check out if you're interested is the Forest, an interesting place open to all which a splendid array of trees and interesting people, or the various elven lands which never fail to impress with their natural designs.

There WILL be an academy like Hogwarts, I've got it in the works now.

Probably another 3-4 weeks before it opens; it will be in an upcoming sim on a rocky lakeshore and such.

Real faculty made of some respected SL members, actually teaching classes when they feel like taking on students.

Not rushing it, as I want it to be a lot of fun for students and faculty just plain visitors alike.

I think Luc Aubret's Wyvernclaw system is loosely based on the Harry Potter books (Latin-like spell names, etc.)
