Is anyone else having trouble with landmarks not taking you to the set height?
When I have an alt set a landmark on any location on my property that is not at ground level, whether its my skyhouse 450 meters up, or a platform just a few meters off the ground, the landmark puts them on the ground under the destination. When I use the landmarks, I go to the correct place.
What's gone wrong here?

Do you have the parcel set to only allow a teleport point? Or is it set to allow Teleports to anywhere?
If your land is set to a teleport point and that point is on the ground...all landmarks used by anyone but the land owner will place you at the ground TP point.
The owner is not affected by this and can TP directly to any spot on theor property...but others will end up at the TP point, regardless of landmark location.
I would check that first.
EDIT : In case you are not sure how to change the Teleport setting of your land... Go to World > About Land > Options Tab...at the bottom is a pulldown bar that will have "Blocked", "Landing Point" and "Anywhere". If it says Landing Point it will also list above it a set of coordinates. If you want any landmark to be useable by anyone anywhere on your land, wet that pulldown bar to "Anywhere".

*slaps forehead!* Oh! I saw that setting not to long ago when I was setting up land to sell. Now I completely forget about it just when I need it. Thanx so much!
