With all due respect, would you mind please updating us the status of the grid? It has been down now for more than four hours, and it has been almost three since you provided any information. I know you are working hard to correct the problem. It would just be nice to know if I am wasting my time waiting for the grid to come back up. Could you at least let us know if you feel the grid will be down for another couple hours? Thank you. I am pulling my prim hair out here
