OK, two people have a arguement in world. And I am not even present, this arguement does go into personal information about my real life though. Can Linden Labs go back, review chats and take action against the person verbaly attacking and insulting my integrity, and disregarding my Real Life privacy? Is there anyway I can be protected without being present? Or am I shit out of luck unless I am there to reference the chat?

Unless they revealed private information such as your home address, and you HADN'T given it to them (ie, they'd spied on you/hacked, etc), then no, I don't believe so.

There's no law against being bitchy.

Be careful to whom you tell personal information, as once they have it, you no longer control it.

Yes Beau they can review the chat logs.

But will they? You might try to get one of the two participtants to issue an abuse report to LL concerning any TOS violation.

You being present isn't the issue, IMO the issue is violation of TOS.
