Okay!!! After attempting to not have tenants use groups, due to problem, we are switching over. All tenants have been informed and only a few items now not set to group.
At this time, I want to make sure I am doing everything right as I do not want an entire sim of shopping mall to vanish.
I have read wiki instructions as well as around second life and have not been able to find anything on what NOT to do. Can you please comment here and give me instructions or warnings so I do not make a mistake.

Just make sure every piece of the building, every plant, every tree, etc. are all set to the group and that the land is owned by that group. Good luck.  |

What Allana said. Check your About Land > Objects menu Stuff not set to group is going to show up in that menu, under "Owned by others". I wish it was easier to see who the others are, though... cause they are all lumped together under object owners - wish it could break down what of theirs grouped and what not. I personally keep my land owned by group, all objects on it set to group and autoreturn one min - keeps the junk off very well.

We made sure we had all our hosts and shop renters added.... but we still forgot 2, Ginko and SLBoutique Kiosks. I am to embarrased to ask them to place them again  (probably 3rd time Ive accidently sent them back) So don't forget your Kiosks

One other thing: Don't reclaim land from group with auto-return on, everything will woooossshhh.

Thank you for your comments here. One sight I do not want to see is my buildings or customers products whooshing. lol. I will be turning AUTORETURN in just a few. Anybody want to bring the popcorn?? lol
