And while I'm here I have to take you to task about your annoyingly regular product updates and your disgusting habit of listening to your customers and trying to sort out minor problems with your products. This has to stop!

WHY can't you be like everybody else? Just remember - the customer is always WRONG!

Yeah, I bought a magic wand just a couple days ago and I'm consistently annoyed by having it update nearly every time I use it and then I see what's new and forget what I actually was going to do with it. *grr*

As a ResMod, I must warn against naming names and bringing personal disputes here to the forums. Starax, I'm sorry to hear of your 'issues', I hope they work out. I suggest contacting the vendor with which you experienced the poor customer service. Alternately, you might try contacting the customer that complained about you terrible attitude and resolve this in-world.

Remember: there's always shiny.
