Second Life | Have FunFrom: someone In Second Life, there's something new around every corner.
The world is filled with hundreds of games, from multi-player RPG's to puzzles and grid-wide contests. There are also casinos, dance clubs, shopping malls, space stations, vampire castles and movie theatres.
To find something to do at any time of the day or night, simply open the Search menu and click on Events. You'll see a listing of Discussions, Sports, Commercial, Entertainment, Games, Pagaents, Education, Arts and Culture and Charity/Support Groups.
Regardless of your mood, there's always something to do... I don't know about you, but I'm not sure sitting here flaming each other here in the forums over matters that will ultimately prove to be beyond inconsequential in the grand scope of our lives is really all that fun. When I'm old I'd rather look back at my time here and go 'Oh, that was fun!' instead of 'ZOMG {SO AND SO} WAS SUCH A WENCH!' I'm just saying.

Ok, ok the guilt is getting to me. Gotta confess... I...I... killed... Fun. Fun wouldn't stop hanging around. Fun was always in my face. Fun kept cracking the same tired jokes over and over. Today was the last straw. Fun was waiting just outside my door this morning, and before he could ask if it was hot enough for me, I hit him. Fun was stunned, but I kept hitting him, first with my fists, then with a rake. I put him in the trunk of my car and drove him out to the abandoned quarry. I had to make his death look like an accident. I removed Fun's pants, burned the corpse, cut the corpse in two, and left a few bananna peels and a skate along the path. I thought I was in the clear until I kept seeing the words "Do you remember fun?" It was spray painted on the hood of my car, on a billboard, on a t-shirt, on the side of a bus and spelled out in my Alpha-Bits. Ok I feel better now. Time to go into hiding until all this blows over. DISCLAIMER: Of course none of this really happened. Unfortunately, humor deprived busybodies tend to call the cops when they hear fake confessions. |
