Here is how it was explained to me by my friend Robert; if anyone sees any mistakes be sure to point them out! I haven't actually had time to DJ myself either.
go to http://http.apache.org/download.cgi and go to the "Apache HTTP Server 2.0.55 is also available" area, download the source you'll find the DSP there [http://www.shoutcast.com/download/broadcast.phtml] the DSP plugin for winamp that is oh yes, you'll also need shoutcast server from the site too, so you'll have to get that as well easy enough to find by navigating the site get the GUI or rather, when installing pick the gui version then in program files > shoutcast open the sc_serv.ini and you'll probably have to edit the max users and bitrate stats Wish I could be a little clearer, but this is just a transcribed conversation, and hope it at least helps you get started! |

Step 1: Obtain a DJs liscence from your respective national government and pay the dues needed to the various liscencing orginizations.
Step 2: Do not proceed to step 3 until step 1 is complete. Step 3: Learn how to DJ. _____________________
I am myself indifferent honest; but yet I could accuse me of such things that it were better my mother had not borne me: I am very proud, revengeful, ambitious, with more offenses at my beck than I have thoughts to put them in, imagination to give them shape, or time to act them in. What should such fellows as I do crawling between earth and heaven? We are arrant knaves, all; believe none of us.
