Do you know a fansite working on a database system, which one offer an offline store window on ingame shops, with detailed card on ingame shop like : name, location, owner, items creator, screenshoots (shop and items), which kind of items are created and price range, url to blog/online shop (related to the shops owner)?
I was wondering if a such website exists or not.

Both SLBoutique and SLExchange are offworld shops. If I understand the OP properly, he means an offworld directory of inworld business. There are none that I know of, but it could be a good idea for development.

I made a website (Under my signature) I wanted to add something where you can buy the items directly, but most people have a account with SLboutique or Slexchange, so i could just link each item to their site, so they can buy it instant. It would be hard for them to "Have a account on every store website" just to buy a item lol And HTML is suppose to come, so that will make more lazy people shop online anywayz

There's no web-based access to XML FIND data? /me tools through the website. Well apparently not.
I suppose it's been assumed that if you were using the web to look for merchandise, you'd rather go ahead and purchase it. So we only have web-based malls, but not a simple directory.
Sometimes LL reminds me of Microsoft in the sense that they can't imagine anyone ever wanting to do anything on the web that they could do inworld. They'll probably laugh at me when I tell them that they could convincingly compile and report web hits to the asset server as "logins" to the system.
