i was in a club it was adult themed and not realising it was on pg land i shot someone who was bugging the hell out of me.in the process i shot some innocent bystanders.i honestly didnt know bout the combat zone rule and thought i was on mature land.so.can anyone tell me what is the maximum punishment for this offence.

Che, your not going to get any sympathy here, you should have read both the TOS and CS when you joined.

I think for a first offense you get a formal warning. IF you got ARed. It's possible you could get nothing, it's possible you could get 3 days... I don't think it's more than that (I have a clean rap sheet, so I'm just guessing) _____________________

lol. I love how it's presented as a perfectly acceptable response to the situation. But sometimes it's worth a suspension to live out a fantasy. I can't tell you the times I've been in a club and wanted to blast a hole in the person standing next to me.
And I'm not talking SL, either. |

I never read EULAs or other junk, usually.
My first night in SL, I read the community standards top to bottom, twice, because I wanted to know exactly what I was getting into. It's that thing that pops up the first time you log into Second Life and which you must agree to observe to use the service. RTFM? Sadly, you'll probably not get much more than a slap on the wrist, if this is your first offense. Ignorance is nowhere near an impressive excuse. I mean, how is it okay to just start shooting people within the social context of a club? Maybe they can help you over here: http://teens.secondlife.com/ _____________________

gunplay in combat areas good ..... gunplay in consentimg friends land good.......... gunplay anywhere else ........... BAD |
