I'm very glad to announce that I am returning as a citizen of Neualtenburg. I'll be taking a plot next to the school, and my house will be going up shortly. It will be wonderful to greet old friends and meet new ones, and take part in a thriving, vibrant city.

Oops - I almost forgot. Please allow me to join your welcoming procession Garnet. It's nice to see so many well-spirited and talented individuals (re)joining Neualtenburg at this time.
I just hope the government will be able to show initiative and channel the creative energies of all our new citizens into constructive endeavours. |
