Wanted to let everyone know that in the last 24 hours, two citizens have let me know that they'll be leaving. Ryker Tonic and Lemon Kolache. Both are going on to other ventures and activities, and have kindly donated their lots back to the city. Lemon told me that he's setting the waterfall and plants on his lot for sale for $0.
I've wished them the best, on behalf of all of us.
