I've recently learned that LL intends to abandon most of the infohubs, but rather than necessarally auctioning them off, they're allowing interested parties to refurbish them.
Anzere is one of the ones on the chopping block, and at tomorrow's RA meeting, I'd like to see if anyone likes the idea of Neualtenburg claiming the Anzere hub as a mainland source of information for the city. The hubs still belong to Gov. Linden, mind - we'd just be allowed to build on it.

Hell, I planned on doing a bit of it myself, complete with Chicken-Hat and Stein-wearing Hippo.
