I had read that the approved method of contacting the SC on official business was by notecard in-world or by email.
However, I'm not entirely clear on the details -- who should the notecard be dropped on? The Dean? All members of the SC? Any member of the SC? A special 'role' alt?
And if by email, what address(es) should the message be submitted to?
If I want to contact the RA, what's the best method for that? Notecard? Email? Again - to whom?
What about the Guild?

It's probably easiest to IM one of the members of the branch you want to contact. There is a list at: http://www.neualtenburg.info/id21.html (it's slightly outdated, as Pelanor has replaced Logan's RA seat).
