The RA Archivist is responsible for maintaining the public records of the RA including the posting of:
----meeting transcripts
----summaries of RA action and votes
---texts of approved bills.
Transcripts and summaries should be posted within 72 hours of RA meetings.
Full texts of approved bills should be posted within five days.
Postings may be to the forums and/or wiki.

I based this on what I've been doing for the last six weeks. Please note that this deals only with current documents and does not address the ( at least in the case of the RA) substantial task of digging through the forums and transcripts to find laws previously passed. That should perhaps be a separate temporary contract.
