Proposed Bill: Land Reserves

WHEREAS, public builds such as a university have been discussed and attracted support in principle , and

WHEREAS, Neualtenburg has agreed, in principle, to an exchange of embassies with Isenland. which will include the placement of an Isenland embassy in the current sim, and

WHEREAS, more than 80% of all land in the sim is currently occupied, and

WHEREAS, there is no lot or group of contiguous lots within the city wall greater than 480 m2

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED.....

THAT, no later than the third RA meeting following the passage of this bil, the RA....

.....IDENTIFY required and desired future public space(s) in the sim,
.....CHOOSE lot sizes and locations for this/these space(s), and...
.....RESERVE land for these projects, either by earmarking currently available plots, or arraging land exchanges with residents to create plot(s) of the appropriate size in the desired location(s)
