I thought people would like to know that it's not always government business for the citizens of Neualtenburg. I am pleased to announce that Kendra Bancroft has three very lovely sailboats (and one motor boat) on display at the Sailboat and Pirate Ship Show in Sanchon(224,91)! The Grey Lady in particular looks like a boat from an ancient germanic mariner. Perhaps an ancestor of Neualtenburg back in the days of vast piracy on the the Second Life seas? Kendra's sailboats are entered in the competition, which has the public choosing the best three boats in texturing, design, concept, and overall. This segment of the boat show runs until 6 PM SLT, Thursday, 25 May. All boats will remain on display until Saturday, 27 May. So come on down at any time and see the work of a fellow citizen, and enjoy the fine craftsmanship of the many other builders and sailors around the grid! Also, if any of you happen to have your own sailboat designs for the competition or any boat design for the exhibition, you are more than welcome to moor it at the docks! More the merrier!  |
