I would suggest that the first post in the NB forums be a no-comment sticky post - Welcoming visitors to the NB forum - inviting them to learn more by visiting the NB website (w/link) or by exploring the Sim for themselves (w/in world link) and giving them various options to contact someone to learn more - in world, via email or posting in the forum. Also make it clear that anyone can post in the forum.

I would then have the next post be a sticky one, no-comment with the new NB Forum Moderator Policy, when that is adopted. And then the current sticky post, re Constitutional Discussion.
