I don't just mean where's Ulrika in terms of being in-world or not... but I was directing someone to her shop the other day, only to realize (a) it wasn't in find and (b) *she* wasn't in Find.

Did she get suspended/banned?

Suspended people still show up in Find. I am assuming Perma Banned don't.

My account was suspended due to nonpayment of my basic membership fee, despite having paid already once over a year ago. That's right, the monthly glitches with my SL account continue (for the fourth month). I've reinstated my account with a payment and am now requesting a refund from support. It went unnoticed for a few weeks, as I've been quite preoccupied lately. :)

Unfortunately, this means I have not yet received the much-coveted perma-ban and its subsequent ascension to SL martyrdom. I'll keep trying though. ;)

Glad to hear it's just a glitch, and not more serious... although I'd consider a payment glitch fairly serious.

I just found out last night that I am unable to join groups because SL thinks I'm in my new-user trial period, despite having paid the basic membership fee (for a second time). :D
