Since all the houses in Neaultenburg will be bavarian themed, i suggest that Neaultenburg should supply free bavarian textures, and even some bavarian prefab houses for it's citizens to use.

Hmm, Kendra Bancroft (and I believe that Ulrika as well) has a "pack" of Neualtenburg textures ready to go :)

The textures are in two different boxes just to the left of the Church off the Platz (off the SW corner of the town square). I always planned to put the textures along with items for sale for the city in the Rathaus once it's complete.

After we rezone and put in the new small fachwerks, I'll create a temporary but functional Rathaus using elements of the fachwerks to create it. Right now they're LEGO-like stacked fachwerks but I recently figured out a creative way to update existing textures to easily create new structures. After the Rathaus is up, I'll start populating it with items.

As for prefabricated homes, that is a brilliant idea! I plan on selling various versions of my low-prim fachwerk (25 prims), as well as a version of my high-prim luxury fachwerk (150 prims). From there I'd like to create a line of postmodern German-style prefabricated homes. Just a few days ago, Kendra sent me a link to a group of wonderful prefab homes that look perfect for the city. Do check the images out. :)
