It was decided that a pseudowiki in the forum would be better in the beginning and agreed to move it to a wiki at a later date. Perhaps now is the time.
![]() What is this SL wiki you mention? ~Ulrika~ _____________________

Gwn,
Is it? I thought it was for pages about SL. I put my Nomic Game pages on it and no one said anything. _____________________

Hmm, at the top of the SL Support Wiki it reads:
Welcome to the Second Life Support Wiki! The Second Life Support Wiki is where you can find out (or add) everything that you need to know about Second Life, from support issues, to how to use the latest and greatest features. I read that as being a "support Wiki"... Anyway, if the citizens feel that we should really have our own Wiki instead of a pseudo-wiki, I can set one up... _____________________

Iasked abot this in the Linden Hotline. They are going to look into making some space on the Wiki for group projects

Well, that was a good idea, Catfart!
The only problem I see with it is that I'm not really keen on having non-Neualtenburgers playing with it. Will LL address that issue, ie. having the "group wikis" only editable by "group members"? (it's not so easy to do on some wiki platfoms) |

Sandra,
Thats always a risk with Wikis. I had a quick look. Unlike the scripting wiki, there is no obvious way of limiting who can edit a page. If LL do giive the go ahead, we will need to ask them about that. Or, just like the scripting Wiki which suffers from the occational porm spammer, we may just need to keep an eye on it and re edit when required. _____________________

In my humble opinion, I'd prefer our "own" wiki
![]() Actually, to be even more sincere, I don't dislike the current system: forum discussion and a document which results from that forum discussion. This means a greater degree of "control", and I like that as well. Everybody may propose changes and discuss them in the forums, and a moderator - currently, Ulrika - sums it up nicely and posts a "revised" version with all the comments. And, BTW, ignore Sandra, she's just my silly alt, who has popped up by mistake. ![]() _____________________
