I'm about wrapped up with the Anzere infohub, but I'd like to flesh it out a little - if there's any Neualtenburg/Bavarian-themed freebies you might want to set out, please IM me and drop a copy to be placed at the infohub. So far, aside from information on Nburg itself, I've got the flags and texture packs from the Warenhaus.
